We were notified by a concerned citizen about some undercutting of the road base on Pennsylvania Ave just south of Charter Oak.  This could have been a serious safety issue had the pavement base been compromised and collapsed under traffic load.  Thank you Christine for sending in the photo and notifying us of the issue.
